How/who do we notify about suspicious or criminal activity?Call 911 for any criminal activity taking place. You can then report that activity to the board by using the contact page. If you notice something suspicious, you can call the Belton Police Dept's non-emergency line at 254-933-5840.
How much are dues and where do I pay them?Current dues are $180 per residence. Statements will be sent out December of each year, due January 1, and are considered late on February 1. Dues can be paid by mailing a check to *new address coming soon* or paying via the online portal at *new web address coming soon*

If we have a complaint/violation, who do we contact?Fill out the "Complaint/Violation" form on the contact page of this site with your name, email, violation and attach a picture of the violation. Your name and email/contact info are needed for record-keeping purposes.

2. Official Board/Annual Meetings will have signs posted at all the entrances/exits to the neighborhood. 3. Board Members will do their best to also distribute the info to the DRRO Unofficial Neighbors Facebook Page. How often and when are HOA meetings scheduled?Meetings are scheduled randomly. We are currently trying to work out a system where Board Meetings are scheduled quarterly. The Annual Meeting will be in Jan/Feb/March and homeowners will be notified by mail. Postings will let the community know when, where and how to attend. Refer to the question above about notifications.
What days are trash/recycling pickup?Currently, trash is picked up on Friday each week, and all trash is put in the "Green Lid" can you are provided from Waste Management. Recycling is picked up from the "Yellow Lid" container every other Wednesday. Bulk waste pickup is the 4th Wednesday of every month. Brush pickup happens on Fridays; just put your brush pile on the curb and it should be gone within a couple Fridays.
