How/who do we notify about suspicious or criminal activity?
Call 911 for any criminal activity taking place. You can then report that activity to the board by using the contact page, and report it to your neighbors using the facebook group linked on the connect page. If you notice something suspicious, you can call the Belton Police Dept's non-emergency line at 254-933-5840.
How much are dues and where do I pay them?
Current dues are $150 per residence. Statements will be sent out January of each year, and can be paid by mailing a check to Accent Realty or paying Accent in person (address on the contact page), or you can pay online through Accent Realty HERE.
How do I present an issue to the board?
You can address all board members through our management company by submitting the questions/comments form on the contact page of this site, or you can email email@example.com.
If we have a complaint/violation, who do we contact?
Fill out the "Complaint/Violation" form on the contact page of this site with your name, email, violation and attach a picture of the violation. Your name and email/contact info are needed for record-keeping purposes.
You may also submit a violation to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can mail in a complaint/violation to their address located on the contact page. Make sure to still include as much detail as possible and pictures if you have them.
How are we notified about community events and meetings?
1. Sign up for our E-Mail Alerts
2. This website will be updated with the next scheduled meeting or event.
3. Official Board/Annual Meetings will have signs posted at all the entrances/exits to the neighborhood.
4. Board Members will do their best to also distribute the info across the private facebook group. Remember the private group is managed by residents and not the HOA.
How often and when are HOA meetings scheduled
Meetings are scheduled randomly. We are currently trying to work out a system where Board Meetings are scheduled quarterly. The Annual Meeting will be in November and homeowners will be notified by mail. Postings will let the community know when, where and how to attend. Refer to the question above about notifications.
What days are trash/recycling pickup?
Currently, trash is picked up on Friday each week, and all trash is put in the "Green Lid" can you are provided from Waste Management. Recycling is picked up from the "Yellow Lid" container every other Wednesday. Schedules, and important do's and don'ts can be found on the City's Waste Collection Site found HERE.
