Welcome to the Neighborhood.
Dawson Ranch & Regatta Oaks
We're glad you're here and want to make you feel as welcome as possible! Whether you are an active neighbor, or just someone enjoying life, we are here for you and want you to love being a part of our great neighborhood. While we know that HOAs are sometimes the bad guy, we feel that with open and transparent communication, we can make this the best place to live in Central Texas! Enjoy this website as we bring together all of our neighbors to support, encourage, and care for one another.
About the Neighborhood
Dawson Ranch/Regatta Oaks is a family-friendly, welcoming community in the great city of Belton, TX.
We are a deed restricted community managed by Accent Realty in Temple, TX. If you are a current homeowner or tenant in DR/RO, see the Community pages for detailed info about DR/RO.
Belton and Surrounding Areas
You'll love all the renovated downtown, and our fabulous Belton ISD! Sparta Elementary, Belton Middle School and Belton HS are all a stone's throw away and are fantastic schools. We have one of the nation's leading hospital systems in Baylor Scott & White located throughout the region. You'll find that the small town shopping, dining, entertainment and retail are alive and well in Belton and the surrounding areas.
We are currently in the planning/bid stage of our community pool and park. Here you will also find access to fabulous walking trails that connect to the city's miles of sidewalks and walking trails. Lots of open green space make this a place where one can be very active. To help us keep all this safe, we have a great relationship with the Belton Police and Belton Fire Departments!
Something for Everyone
Our area has many options to choose from when looking for churches, school systems, grocery, libraries or downtown life. We are also home to one of the largest growing markets for jobs and housing! So if you aren't already a part of Dawson Ranch/Regatta Oaks, then we hope you will be our neighbor very soon!
All will concede that in order to have good neighbors, we must also be good neighbors. That applies in every field of human endeavor.
